I need a link for the hp officejet 7500A E910, or driver, to install on a computer with OS WINDOWS 10
Thanks. It is greater than 2GB, but if it wasn’t, then formatting the card would defeat the object of extracting the photos in order to save/edit/print them.
My printer cant run through my home network as it doesnt have the correct drivers have tried to instal it through windows update and have also tried to download the drivers through hp website but the drivers wont download
Am told printer status is "Attention Required" but thats it!! Wont tell me what exactly needs attention....

I understand your printer is having WiFi connectivity issues and I'll be glad to help you out. However, for an accurate solution, I would need more details:
What's the make and model of your WiFi router?
Approximately how far is the printer and Mac located from your WiFi router?
Could you check for WiFi interference and also perform a ping test using the Mac Network Utility and let me know the results. Use the printer IP address to perform a ping test, the printer IP can be located by touching the wireless icon on the printer display.

6.) Open up the run command with the "Windows key + R" key combo.
7.) Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between “printui.exe” and “/s”)
8.) Click on the "Drivers" tab
9.) Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click Remove at the bottom
10.) Select Ok
11.) Select Apply and Ok on the Print Server Properties windows
12.) Close Devices and Printers
13.) Open up the run command with the "Windows key + R" key combo.

HP Photosmart 7520 printer is AirPrint compatible. Let's try setting up the printer with Apple AirPrint, here is how to do it:
Please ensure that the printer is up to date with its firmware and Mac is up to date with it's software. If you are unsure you may use the links below to update the printer and Mac software:
1.) Click the Apple menu, click System Preferences, and then click Print & Scan or Printers & Scanners.
2.) Check if your printer name displays in the Printers list, If your printer is listed, click the printer name, click the minus sign to delete the printer.
3.) If you see multiple printer queues for the same printer, remove all extra printers by selecting them one at a time, and then clicking the minus button at the bottom of the list.
4.) Click the plus sign , click Add Printer or Scanner, click the printer name.
5.) Click the Use or Print Using menu, select AirPrint in the pop-up menu. Then click Add.
6.) Try to print and scan.

Don't worry, I'm here to help!
Let's try these steps -
Network Restore - Press the Wireless button and the Cancel button from the printer control panel at the same time, and then hold them for three seconds.
To connect the printer to the network, try the steps mentioned below -
1) Press and hold the Wireless button on the printer for more than three seconds to start WPS push mode. The Wireless light starts blinking.
2) Press the WPS button on your router.
NOTE: THE MOMENT YOU PRESS THE WIRELESS BUTTON ON YOUR PRINTER, WITHIN 30 SECONDS YOU SHOULD PRESS THE WPS BUTTON ON THE ROUTER.
If this step is not successful, then we need to first connect the printer to a computer using a USB and then convert the wired connection to wireless as the printer does not have a control panel to enter the Wi-Fi password.
Please refer to this link for steps.
Hope this helps!

Hello I am having the same issues as the other user. I have tried all of the above steps but my Mac is still unable to locate my printer.
Thanks Claire
Thanks! It looks like there are no packet loss during the ping test. Temporarily disabling Firewall, McAfee and then setting up the printer with Apple AirPrint may resolve the issue. Let's try these steps:
Please ensure that the printer is up to date with its firmware and Mac is up to date with it's software. If you are unsure you may use the links below to update the printer and Mac software:
1.) Disable McAfee
2.) Use the steps available here to temporary disable firewall
3.) Click the Apple menu, click System Preferences, and then click Print & Scan or Printers & Scanners.
4.) Check if your printer name displays in the Printers list, If your printer is listed, click the printer name, click the minus sign to delete the printer.
5.) If you see multiple printer queues for the same printer, remove all extra printers by selecting them one at a time, and then clicking the minus button at the bottom of the list.
6.) Click the plus sign , click Add Printer or Scanner, click the printer name.
7.) Click the Use or Print Using menu, select AirPrint in the pop-up menu. Then click Add.
8.) Try to print and scan.
If you are able to print and Scan, then re-enable McAfee and Firewall.

Sorry if I sound rude but, I posted images and a gif showing that those exact buttons do not exist. Maybe I'm just being blind though?
However, I do have a temporary solution I'm not too fond of, but it works: HP Connected.
I can send an email to my printer and it'll print it in color (probably in High Quality, it was slow, not finding any options for full printer control).
It adds a couple extra steps per print, but I rarely print so it's fine, for now. And not sure exactly what formats are supported for attachments.
Don't think this should be marked as solved yet as the main issue still exists. The drivers are misbehaving, but a roundabout way proves color printing is possible.
I have just downloaded the software for the HP Deskjet D2663. The in app Printer Options are impossible to use - firstly the tabs are labelled in an eastern language and I am unable to select another Printing shortcut (it keeps reverting back to the original default setting) . I experienced the same on my other machine (Lenovo ideapad Z500 Touch) which has Windows 8.1
