Info on HP for Laserjet Pro MFPM130fn says it supports Mac OS 10.14 but when I choose this on the software/driver page to download and install the driver, the DOWNLOAD button does not show up.
ALSO, this printer is impossible to connect to my wifi network.

I recommend you assign a static IP to the printer and check whether the issue is resolved.
Here is how it is done.
Obtain the IP address of the printer – You can touch the “wireless” icon on the printer control panel to get the IP address.
Type the IP address on your web browser to obtain the printer EWS page on your computer.
Go to "Network" tab - General - Select "Network protocols" - Select "Enable IPv4 only" (or similar) - Apply the settings.
Go to the “Network” tab – Click on “Wireless (802.11) – Then click on “Network address (IPv4)
Click on the radio button which says “Manual IP” and then click “Suggest a manual IP address” to give a manual IP address to your printer.
Click on radio button which says “Manual DNS Server” and under manual preferred type 8.8.8.8 and under manual alternate type 8.8.4.4 (This is Google DNS server address)

This worked! I had to do EVERY step and re-install the drivers but it works now. Thanks so much!
I bought the printer a long time ago and I may or may not have been able to print something back then (can't remember but it's likely I was able to print). I started to use it again and I wasn't able to print, so I deleted the printer from my Printers & Scanners, then reinstalled the software now. I have not made any software changes to my computer.

Welcome to HP forums, I see that memory card is not recognized in your printer.
Memory cards with a capacity greater than 2 GB are not currently supported.
If it is less than 2GB, format and try to connect it again.

Once you download the printer driver, right click on it and click on run as administrator.

I tried the suggestions that you listed but was unable to make any progress. The install programs would just hang and not complete.
I was able to use the original CD disk that came with the printer. It allowed the printer install process to complete. The printer will now allow for printing but not scanning. When I run HP Print and Scan Doctor for scanning it hangs at
Thanks for your help. I was able to get the software downloaded. Seems that the download page for the HP8730 software was downloading the EasySmart App for my Iphone instead of the HP Smart software for my Mac. A friend of mine showed me the download package they had downloaded for their HP (same model) and it was different from what was being downloaded. I then was able to keep accessing the download page until the right software was downloaded. After that, the printer has been working fine on all of our Macs and without getting additional information about the router. Not sure why the wrong software was being downloaded (tried maybe 5 times before the correct software was downloaded.).

I am having this same issue where I can't scan from the desktop application because it says Webscan has been disabled. I went into Security>Administrator Settings> and did the "Redirect to HTTPS" action to get to that page with security warning. However in no browser I try am I able to move past it. There is no way to accept the risk and move on, just a go back to previous page option. Are there any other ways to enable Webscan? I know this post was a year ago. Hoping someone can help!

Ihave the same issue with an OfficeJet 6700. No printing after the Windows 1803 update. The printer drivers will not load after trying these steps, HP Print and Scan Doctor, Troubleshooting HP Installation Failure USB , removing antimalware. I've tried USB and network connections. I can scan, but the printer drivers won't install. Any thoughts? Thanks.
Brand new printer, unable to print from HP laptop to MFP377DW.
Can print wirelessly from iPad and iPhone.
Downloaded and installed driver from HP site as I don't have a disk drive.
Tried troubleshooting function, still no success. Also tried telephoning HP, several numbers are no longer valid. Very disappointing.
I have a print job stuck in a queue and it is restricting other print jobs to print. the printer is connected to wired network and I have tried rebooting my modem and printer but no luck. then I tried the troubleshoot from the printer property and received this error code 0x803C010B.
How to resolve this issue.
I also tried to change the threshold settings and received the same error message. @Th0034, are you using Papercut for your print server application by any chance? We suspect it is conflicting with a possible misconfiguration on the Papercut side.
