I contacted Best2serve agan, they thught that Windows forgot to do a proper backup.
Thet just deleted the 1510 printer and installed a new printer agan. They dident have to reinstall the software again, so now the printer works ok again

I have same problem, which started after last major windows 10 update (may/not be conincidence). reconfiguring Officejet4500 wireless config no help. rebooting wireless router no help. rebooting computer no help. re-installing the package as per HP EXPERT definitely no help. as the original writer noted: the printer can be found for printing, but NOT for scanning (at least not by the HP Scan and Capture windows app), even when IP addr is provided manually. The problem is clearly the app. FIX IT!

Hello,
I have a client who is struggling to print multiple pages using a HP officehet pro 8600.
They have 3 PCs, 2 of which print to the printers without any issues. However, the 3rd PC will print 1 document then stall on printing anymore docuemnts after this, holding the prints in a queue for sometimes upto a day before printing out.
Notes
Printer is networked
PC is wired to the network
I have worked on various areas to resolve.
Create new user account - does not fix
uninstall and reinstall the drivers - does not fix
change the printer processor - does not fix.
Im currently at a loss as how we resolve this and as to why this works on 2 pcs but not a 3rd pc on the same network.
Advice, help and support is greatly appreciated.

when I hit print I got a message in printer window to remove and check right cartridge.
I did and found nothing but refilled cartridge and replaced. Same message so turned off and back on , same message
went to hp solutions center on pc got message that pc had no commuications with pc.
printer worked fine the last time I usedit but indicated from printedpage that was getting low on ink.

No doubt you have tried several different programs, ranging from Notepad upto Word, with the same result?
Not sure if all Windows systems now include the Verdana font - my Windows 10 Pro 64-bit edition (version 1709) certainly does - but perhaps as part of Office (I don't know)?
Windows does provide some sort of font substitution mechanism, with entries defined in the registry; for example:

You're able to search for the printer using it's IP address. The evidence points towards a driver issue.
Meanwhile, I suggest you to download and run the HP Easy Start via this link. Though you have already tried running the HOP Easy Start, I still recommend you to download it from here and run it. It has helped on such similar cases.
If the issue persists, then you may reset the printing system in Mac OS.

Thank you for your answer. I knew all of this. The problem is not in the drivers, it is a matter of a new App that screws up things: in the new App that installs with the exe-file you sent, is no opportunity to choose duplex, and more functionalities have been gone, like (tab Advance: creating a spot where scan would be filed). It still works on my laptop, where I did not reinstall OJ8600 etc.exe .
The new App is the cause of the trouble, please improve that one, or offer the 'old' functionalities for this printer again.

I have been having trouble with printing through RDP with my Colour Laserjet Pro MFP m177fw. It used to work, however now it doesnt seem to want to print over RDP. Normal printing from the pc its connected to is fine. Over RDP the job reaches the queue and says printing but never actually comes out of the printer.
I have tried everything:
Factory reset of printer.
Printer firmware upgrade.
Different drivers.
Deleting all drivers on both PC's and re adding them.
RDP session from another pc.
I'm at a complete loss now.
Any help would be appreciated.

I have exactly the same problem as the OP.
I run the installation software and reach the point where the printer is detected on the network and the installation application then loops around forever, displaying the message 'Installing network printer ...'.
It eventually ends with the message 'The printer was unable to be installed over the network'.
I have performed all the instructions to remove the software and drivers, ran the Winsock Reset, rebooted to no avail.
This is causing me so much trouble and I am approaching the point of disposing of the printer and purchasing one which actually works.
In Windows 7, try installing the software from a clean boot. It worked for me.

I can’t install HP full function printer software on my HP Pavilion seral no. CZH01406D0 running Windows 10 Creators Fall Update as recommended by my HP Support Assistant.
I have a HP Deskjet 2050 All-in-One printer - J510a, serial no. CN0842H0F4
When I try to install the printer software version 28.0.1313.0 (DJ2050_J510_1313-1.exec), it fails with an error message stating that the operating system doesn’t support the software and that I should upgrade to Windows 7.
HP Smart printer app says that the printer is not installed even though it works, but I supposed it is installed via a Windows basic printer driver.
The PC was originally running windows 7 but was upgraded to windows 10 two years ago. I have never upgraded any HP software.
The printer is working and installed itself when it was attached by a usb-port, but I suppose It is running a basic windows driver (HP Deskjet 2050 J510 series Class Driver). HP Smart says that the installation status is “Not installed”.
The printer software installs without problems and with the same printer on HP Notebook running the same windows version.
After Driving myself nuts, and ready to reinstall Windows, I realized I never looked at the Event Log and found this Event occurred everytime, I tried to install the HP 9180 Printer.

Faulting module name: HPBOID.DLL, version: 3.2.1.53, time stamp: 0x455ad7ac

I renamed HPBOID.DLL and the printer was able to print. I'm not sure if this File was for a differnet HP driver, but removing it seemed to have solved my problem. I will be looking into what this dll does, but for the time being, I'm able to print. I would assume if this dll was causing a problem, there are probably other HP dll's lingering that I don't know about.

In our organistation we are using HP LaserJet 700 M712 printer. Required your help to configure the limit in print job., I want to set the limitation on priniting job like the user can only able to print a limited print ( like 20 prints ) ; can I able to set this on HP LaserJet 700 M712 printer.

We have the printer server and we using the HP Jetadmin administratve tool also we configure the webadministrator for printers
Following recent MS updates, the printer port I have been using is WSD-c which has been removed following these updates. Which printer port should I now select to be able to print, as I have been doing for 2 years. Thank you.
I downloaded the Easy Start from the link...didn't find the printer.
I reset the printers in the System Preferences per the instructions, still no printer.
I can setup with the Host Name or IP address to print but no scanning functions still.
