Not able to setup Envy 5640 on my computer
I am trying to connect my computer to the printer. I was instructed to go this webpage http://123.hp.com?source=AiOiOS but when I enter in my model number the scren will not proceed to the next page. I have tried 3 different web browsers. Please help...I need to connect the printer to computer.

Thanks for the response.
The only way to check the ink level for your printer is through Solution Center.
However, the solution center doesn’t seem to fetch any information of the ink level from the printer on a Windows 10 PC.
As per the printer specifications, you have a display which is capable of displaying the ink levels on the screen and the PC is also wireless capable to which you can connect the printer wirelessly to the PC.

Re: Printer Not Readable by Computer
At last. I was, in fact, able to figure out how to enable the WPS on my router. This enabled the computer to recognize the printer. The printer worked on a test document. I'll keep an eye on it over the next several days.
One further question. The WPS on my router had been in the "off" setting since I installed it a few years ago. The reason is that I had been strongly advised that WPS is not a secure setting. Now that my printer is re-installed and working again, can I turn the WPS on the router off? Please note that the printer is connected to my computer by USB cable.

Your solution worked, but when I click on solution center in all programs, there´s a pop up asking me to insert a disk with soluctioncenter.msi file.
Any idea about this??

HP deskjet 1515 Driver/Software
Please help, recently i can't access my HP dekjet 1515 driver at my computer, the interface (menu) to do command such as scan, print, and else won't show up. It still won't works when i try to click the shortcut, click the icon in the real folder, or clicking right and press run as administrator. I thought my driver was outdated so this time i try to reinstall the driver, but it still wont work!
What should i do?

HP 7520 All in One with Windows 10
Out of the blue my printing capabilities have disappeared. I have used Windows 10on this Dell laptop for a year with this printer. Now when I select the print option in any app I get the options of the fax or create PDF, but not the print options.
I tried reinstalling the printer. the wizard completes, I restart and still have the same problem.
Using wireless.
Printer works off older Dell with Windows 7 and two Android phones, and ipad.

Hi,
I got support of an .exe file to install so I dont see Solution Center blank
But when I clic on the Icon, I get a pop up asking me to insert the CD as solutioncenter.msi is missing.
Any one solved this?

I do understand your issue. But there are not downloadable drivers for this printer model for MAC 10.5
The only option is to install the printer using the MAC inbuilt software. You can try updating the MAC from here: http://hp.care/2cKwLyC
Once done, then try adding the printer again. If the same printer is not available, then see if Deskjet 990c is available and try adding the same. If not try adding any other Officejet printer and check.

The above post tells us that the issue is getting resolved after you followed my steps, but re-appears after you restart the PC. Looks like some issue with some of the operating system component.
I would suggest you to contact the HP phone support for further assistance. They should be able to give you further troubleshooting steps.
You can visit http://www.support.hp.com/contact-hp and fill in your product details to get the tech support number.
(1) Once the support page opens please select the country in which you're located. Next, enter your HP model number on the right.
(2) Next, choose the 'Contact Support' tab at the top and scroll down to the bottom of the 'HP Support- Contact' page to fill out the form provided with your contact information.
(3) Once completed click the 'Show Options' icon on the bottom right.
(4) Lastly, scroll down to the bottom of the page and select 'Get phone number.' A case number and phone number will now populate for you.

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/ps7520/PS_7520_R1607A.exe
2. After that download an run the following tool:
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/HPPSdr.exe
It may fix the problem for you. If not, post back full error message(s).
