Hi Shwetha! Thank You but I am already tried that at first. The installer sais nothing about why it cound not find the printer neither on Wifi (infrastructure and also ad-hoc) nor with USB cable.

I also tried extracting it into a Directory and manually install the drivers in it. That's the point in my original post.
