I understand you have just moved to Windows Server 2012/64bit and are looking to scan using your Officejet Pro L7580.
After my own research to find a full driver with supported software for your new OS change, I was unable to find this specific OS as a supported one for this printer. You most likely will have the basic functionality (printing), unless there is a solution on business side of the forums.
I suggest trying the HP Enterprise Business Community Forums to see if they have found a solution to scanning with the same unit and OS.
