Hello.
I understand you are having problems accessing your Solution Center on your computer. You need to resolve the "Hpqdirec.exe-No Disk" issue first because this could be conflicting with your software. Please reference this Microsoft document: There Is No Disk in the Drive.
Now uninstall the entire Officejet 4500 software from the Control Panel, then clean your Temp folder. Click here to perform this step: Temp Folder. There are two ways to perform this steps; choose which one you prefer.
Install the full feature software from ether the CD that came with this printer or from our website.
