I have sent you a private message with the contact details.
Two ideas:
Catastrophically and spectacularly broken.
The wireless password is made public and someone is messing with you.
You left Wi-Fi Direct switched on and someone connected to it - and is messing with you.

How do I bypass the STARTUP cartridge set up for ENVY 7155
Hello
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
The Designjet is not directly supported under Windows 10. But for Win10 the UPD driver is available.
Here: Install the HP Designjet Universal Print Driver (UPD) (Windows 10)
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
Andreas

I am using Win 10 x 64 and it is current. I have had this printer for a few years and it used to print both sides (duplex). Now it does not.
I have tried every solution on the internet and from Hp site --- nothing works. Drivers are all current and I went back to the originals -- nothing works. In printer properties it shows the duplex function enabled.
I have tried with Word, Excel and Adobe PDF --- does not duplex.
I have removed the printer a few time, reinstalled al of the software -- no good.
I am not sure when it stopped working and it may have been when I was still using XP Pro, but not really to sure about that.
What I know is ALL the solutions offered by Hp so far don't work for me.
Anyone have a solution that actually works?
Thank you
I have just brought a new Envoy pro 6432 printer. I have installed it to my MacBook and initially couldn't not print in colour at all. I have removed the printer and reinstalled selecting AirPrint, which seems to have sorted printing in colour from /safari but still I can't get PFD files to print in colour??

I just received an email saying
"Your HP ENVY 4502 e-All-in-One Printer is using a firmware version that will soon be obsolete. By updating it for free today, you will ensure that your printer continues operating securely and your HP Instant Ink service continues without disruption. To update the printer using the front panel, make sure the printer is connected to Wi-Fi, then: You must update your firmware by 14 November 2020. If you do not update your firmware by the deadline above, you will lose the ability to print with Instant Ink subscription cartridges, even if they are already in your printer. We apologize that we will have to close your HP Instant Ink account after 14 November 2020 if the firmware is not updated."
I went onto my printer to try and update it, there was no option to do so, I then tried to update my printer via the HP smart app on my Mac, also didn't work. Finally I tried installing the firmware directly from the website, it said it was released in July, and I have updated it since then, but I tried to update it anyway and it still said no update available.
I tried asking the visual chat assistant who directed me to the same "driver install" page no matter how I phrased my question, and when I tried to contact someone via the phone it said I had to pay.
I just want to be able to update my printer and continue using it, it is the HP Envy 4500 series and I have an instant ink plan, I was wondering if anyone else had this email too or if they knew why I cannot update it. I have no idea if I'm using the right firmware version (it's MKM1FN2025AR) until I reach the deadline and it either keeps working or stops
OMG HP has made this so difficult. All iI need is the drivers for my old computer that I want to use again.
I seem to be able to find everything but this one . HP psc 2200 all-in-one
I run Windows but don't know what one. I am going mad trying to sort this out. HP wants you to use there products but give you no help when you try to get hold of them.
I have tried to find a number for HP and finally found one that when you ring it it gives you another number that doesn't work. You cant use the chat becasue its vurtual and they only answer certain questions.
Wo you resort to Whatsapp and have to download it register and then it has to be moved over to your computer . Then you get no answer. all i need are the drivers it shouldn't be so hard
Hi,
Follow these steps to uninstall the HP Smart
1. Go to Windows Start (press the Windows icon on the keyboard)
2. Scroll to HP > HP Smart
3. Right-click on HP Smart and then "Uninstall"
4. After that go to Microsoft Store again and install HP Smart.
Hope that helps!
HP Deskjet 1212 printer is not recognised by Hp Smart App or Hp easy start APP on mac osx catalina.
"Big" problem, simple solution: A loose spring mechanism on the back of paper tray 2! Therefore the printer did not recognize the paper tray correctly.
Yesterday, an update was installed on my HP Envy 5640. I had no prior warning that an update was available, what the update contained or why the update was necessary. All I saw was the warning on the printer screen - do not turn off the printer.
Can you please inform me:
- how this is possible
- how to prevent this in the future.
Thanks,
attempted latest update but printer says "on latest" Do I need to take further action. Printer is set on auto update
