j'ai un mac os 10.7 les mises a jours sont faites mais je n'arrive pas a télécharger les nouvelles versions sur apple car c'est un ordinateur acheté il y a plus de 10 ans d'occasion donc je n'ai jamais eu de compte apple .
le soucis est que l imprimante que je viens d'acheter n'est pas compatible avec la version que j'ai .
Donc ma question est de soir si il y a un autre moen d'installer mon imprimante avec d'autre pilotes ...

new HP7858, able to setup to print wireless on iphone and ipad but cannot get my laptop to communia

Router was rebooted by internet provider - and now printer is "offline" so I can't print anything
My internet provider rebooted my router this morning, and as a result my printer - which worked just fine - no longer is connected to my desktop computer so I can't print anything. The cable/internet people had no interest in helping me solve this, passing the buck here. Seems like a pretty straightforward issue. I already have tried unplugging the router, the modem, the printer, and the desktop computer, and waited a couple of minutes before turning each back on, to no avail.

Printer came with Cartridge 904 but when bought 902 here in the US, it doesn't work
I checked online and this cartridge should work fine with my printer. The problem is that the printer was purchased in Argentina, and the cartridges are from the US.
How can this be solved? HP website contains the incorrect information.
Somebody has any information on how to solve this problem?

HP 7800 series
Just installed the above printer. It is connected wirelessly or at least the printer says it is. Tried to print and got an error message that only says 'error', no explanation. Uninstalled printer and reinstalled but now PC can;'t discover-find printer.

HP Photosmart 6510e Printer quit scanning and printing duplex (both sides) after IMAC OS 10.15.3 ins
My printer quit scanning and duplex (both sides of page) printing after MAC OS 10.15 Catalina upgrade. Unable to find solution and attempts to delete and redownload HP Print drivers were unsuccessful.
HP web says they are aware of a problem but haven't found a solution that I can make work.
Anyone with a solution would be helpful for this old retired guy.

I pay each month for HPinstant ink. I am having issues and right now I am very upset that you don’t offer support for your monthly subscribers beyond the support forum! I am a regularly paying customer!! There should be an email address or phone number listed on the hp instant ink site.
I have installed a brand new cartridge that hp sent me from our instant ink subscription. It says "cartridge can only be used in printer that initially installed it." It has never been installed on another printer. I have already mailed in my old cartridge for recycling and i am kicking myself because i NEED to print something and I pay the monthly subscription exactly for this reason, so I never get stuck like this.
I tried the steps listed in the support forum by the support agent under another thread and it didn't work. It won't even let me clean the printhead because it won't print the test page with that cartridge in it. It won't do anything.

Printing a half page Avery Label
I'm trying to print from an Avery Template that has given me a PDF file for a 4.25 x 11 inch Avery 74520 Label. The Prin ter Software does not have a setting for that size paper and apparently, Windows doesn't support Custom Sizes. Is there a workaround?

Re: Installation of a HP Deskjet 2130 printer
Perform root level uninstallation to remove all the printer related software's.
- In Windows, search for and open Programs and Features.
- Select your HP printer.
- Select Uninstall.
- In Windows, search for and open Devices and Printers.
- In the Devices and Printers window look for your HP Printer. If you see it listed, right-click on it and choose "Delete" or "Remove Device.”
- Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo.
- Type printui.exe /s and click OK.
- Click on Drivers tab.
- Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it click on it and click Remove at the bottom.
- Select OK.
- Remove all instances of the same.
- Select Apply and OK on the Print Server Properties windows.
- Close Devices and Printers.
- Restart the PC again.
Download and install printer full feature driver

Paper tray out 8600
Paper tray came all the way out. Big ears on metal spring loaded tray extend out too far. How to get it back in. Tray up or down? Force it past too narrow opening? Thanks, jeff

Printer disapppeared after extended wait time.
I purchased an Envy 5055 after my Envy 5660 started having serious connectivity issues. The printer would disappear from the available printers on all my computers. I used this machine for 3 years with no issues, until about 1 year ago. So off to buy a new machine, the 5055. It worked great, for 3 months. Then if it was more than a couple of hours since I last printed, it would disappear as well. I set a static IP .200. I had been using the AT&T router, so I switched to the Netgear N6400 that I had used for the 3 years and that didn't help. One site said to not have it too close, so I moved it to the opposite side of the room. HP says to use the HP Print and Scan Doctor. Well, it can't find the printer either. You see, the router says the printer is connected on .200, the wifi light is steady blue on the printer and a wireless printout says the printer is connected on .200. However, my phones HP print app can't see it, the Windows 10 computer says it is offline and the Doctor software says that no printers were detected. The Linux CUPS server says the printer is offline on the computer that has it setup as default, the laptop doesn't find any available printers on the network. The MacOS machine is lost as a goose in the fog. The ONLY way to get this backup up is to reboot the printer AND the router for EVERY print I need make. This is COMPLETELY unacceptable. My wife has resorted to turning off the printer between print jobs and waiting for it to restart if she needs to print, but sometimes it gets left on and rebooting the printer doesn't work. She isn't comfortable rebooting the network router yet. Is there anything that can keep this machine alive to do I need to switch to a wired printer?
