A such occours due to an issue in your envoirnment, not due to lack of compatibility.
Please open the Control Panel and select Devices and Printers.
Right click its backgrouns and select Device manager.
Can you see any category expended by default within yoru device manager?
What instances are shown below that category?
Expend the network Controllers category - can you see any Realtek instance below it?
May it have any attention mark, etc?
