I hawe WIN 8.1. Printer HP Officejet 7000 Wide printed correctly about 1 year. Now it stops prinrit from the black cartrige (when I shake the cartrige ink is still in). In last two years I solve the poroblem with reloading the software (tree times). Unfortunately in the last attempt to reload program is not succesfull. I got the message on the picture below. How to solve that problem?
