Many thanks for your suggestions ... I have tried ... no joy!
I am not getting any error messages, can download the latest driver software, double click to open, it extracts and the install window opens. When I click "Install" most of the time the little spinning disk icon comes on for a couple of seconds, then goes out ... nothing else. A couple of times the install process has gotten to the part where it shows that it is checking the system ... it stays there ... I waited for 30 minutes ... nothing ... it just keeps showing that it is checking. Once I did get and error message at that point ... "System cannot find the file specified"
I have tried the "Wizard" ... it verifies my printer, selects the driver, downloads the driver, extracts and begins the install process ... it immediately bombs out and starts over!
Any additional thoughts or suggestions you have will be appreciated.
