I ran that print Dr before and it pointed out a problem with the solution center not being installed correctly. I had installed the software for the 1315 all-in-one from your website for that printer because my old Windows XP desktop was decommissoned.
I ran the print Dr program again and it asked me to test the scanner. It took me to the solution center and I was successful in scanning a document.
The problem remains that attempts to open the imaging monitor from the icon on the task bar tray is blocked. When I click on the icon and click launch/show director, I get a Windows default beep and nothing happens. There are two other options available from that icon, to open the printer and access camera phone pictures. I know the printer access works, but I don't have a smart phone to test the other option.
While running the Print Dr program it took me to a screen to test the scanner. I could scan a document (or picture) from that window with no problems. I would be happy to bypass the icon in the task bar if there is a shortcut to get to the solution center directly.
