Hi Rainbow7000,
Managed to download the application and then stop it in task manager. Opened the Util folder and CCC folder and then the uninstall_L3.bat which seenmed to work fine. Used the Printer install wizard, which extracted the files etc but then the program stopped with no signs of drivers, desktop icon etc on my pc. ran the HP print & scan doctor which said that I had to download the files etc again.
