Re: Officejet Pro 8600 Plus (Model CM750A) Preview Screen and Dropdown Options

I read the solution provided by shelley96 to the post, Sanning ability has disappeared. I followed the instructions to download the diriver for this printer/scanner/fax and installed it. After installing the downloaded driver, I re-entered the program and the Preview Screen and Dropdown menu option reappeared. It works fine now.
