Is Printer Assistant a HP program and if not what is the web page for it?
Moving up in printer class should not mean losing capabilities found in the lesser HP printer. If anything, the newer upgrade printer should incorporate prior capabilities and then add others.
I'm not the only customer looking for these capabilities to be brought back.
