Meanwhile I had looked in the device-manager, wich confirmed my idea that the microsoft generic drivers had not let themselves overwrite or replace by the HP ones. when you rightclick a spooler-list in the device manager you can get driver-info and there is something about microsoft and nothing about HP other than the name of the device. I'm kinda thinking that is the real problem.
The HP "suite" / solution centre also notes that the printer is not available / connected eventhough I can print...
yes, there is a folder C:\Program Files (x86)\HP\Digital Imaging with lots of files in it.
But this sequal is going to have a break. I'm packing for a summerholiday for 12 days.
