Sorry this software is giving you such a hard time but I do thank you for those images and diligence. Check your Programs folder, do you see the HP Digital Imaging Device here? If so uninstall it and try to download the Full Feature Software again. I know this sounds redundant, but after following the Full-Scrub techniques and that didn't help you, are you well on your way to becoming an expert before this is done. Try this simple step while I review everything you and I have done to see the best course of action to take next. Thank you for your patience as well.
