My Gateway tower PC had a malware infestation end of last year, Gateway was able to get the computer back to the stage it was purchased a year ago, ( I saved doc's on a thumbdrive) and all works well with the exception of reinstalling the HP 4500 all-in-one printer/ scanner, even with the original installation disc, with messages "Installation package could not be opened"..."cannot find device driver"...I've been to the driver installation websites unsuccessfully...
Ideas?
