I do recommend trying to install the printer with the USB cord and then configuring to wireless after that. Since you can scan on other PC's that helps verify it is not a port in the router blocking it. Thank you for that information. Let me know if you can install it USB but I do not recommend trying to install it with the printer off (wasted step as I see it). Please record any error messages you receive if it fails.
