The HP console is part of the full feature software and drivers, because you have installed to the printer with a basic driver you would not have the HP Console you are looking for.
Enterprise solutions are a subset of the full HP printer installation and are provided for corporate customers. These solutions include an installer, a print driver, and a scan driver. The installers for enterprise solutions must be extracted from the webpack and run from a command line.
