Trying to install full software on a PC running Windows 8.1.
From but HP disk and from download, I get a message that implies it can find the specified file to run Install after the program extracts.
Same problem with the Read Me selection except that one gives the path for the file it is looking for and can't find.
No errors during program extraction but wondering if something is blocking files from being fully extracted?
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
