Hi, I just received a new office jet 4650. I was so excited to go wireless, well now I'm not so sure. My neighbor is the one that got it for me, and some how it picked up their wifi information. Now I'm new at all this techno stuff, but I finally got it back to factory reset. I tried to put my information on it and the only thing it will let me get is MY SSID number, everything else it still wants her info. Idon't know what to do, help!

I afraid the printer is not supported on Windows 10 and no drivers are offered.

LaserJet Pro M225dn Not Printing On Mac
Hi, I have installed this printer on a new Mac and it is not working. This is a network-attached printer that works fine from other PCs (not Macs). It is only this new Mac that gives the error.
I first installed it and the Mac automatically connected it up OK. After this it would not print and gave the error. I then removed it and downloaded the Full Installer drivers from the HP website, and this installed OK but also threw the same error. At no time during any installation did it give me any errors.
From the same Mac I can ping the printer IP address and hostname no problem, and I can also access the printer management webpage.
Can someone please help me resolve this issue?

"After the extraction, execute the file 'HPZstub.exe'. This will install the HP Scan software including the WIA driver. The TWAIN driver won't install correctly however.
After completing the setup, install the TWAIN driver separately from here:

Install problem: A799 driver for AP5000 TouchScreeen
Hello all
I am running a AP5000 touchscreen with Window Embedded POSReady2009 v2 SP3 running a custom EPOS solution (wtih cash drawer). It is connected to a HP PUSB Thermal Receipt Printer (FK224AA) MN:A799-C40W-HN00.
The printer has been needed to replaced for a while. I purchased the apparent 'like for like' replacement from an authorised distributor. However, when I attempted to connect the new printer the system did not recongise the new printer. I noticed that the preivous id number had changed (MN:A799-C80W-HN00)
So i downloaded the mini-driver (sp51658.exe) from the HP website and ran and installed it as a 'A799 no-cut comp' with USB connection. The test page printed, however the Device Manager still showed that the printer was not recognised and no driver present in the 'properties' tab.
The Device Manager shows the old printer is connected via USB Serial Port A799 (COM5). When I disconnect and install the new printer this connection is not present to select.
The orignal printer ran a Windows Driver Package - Walter Oney Software (tpgpusb) Ports (02/09/2010 1.1.07), do I need to delete this first (but run the risk of losing the oringal printer as well if it doesnt work)?
Any suggestions how I can get this new printer to work would be very much appreciated!!

Envy 5660 not responding
I bought 2 of the Envy 5660 printers and neither one works for more than 1X and then does not respond. I have spent countless hours reconfiguring and even worked with our own IT person who says this is a lemon. I just wasted more than an hour trying to get 1 document to print. I have always bought HP but this might be the last one. I have read all the comlaints and it's pretty clear this is a defective driver. Anyone who has actually successfully solved this problem I salute!

Have you downloaded and instaleld the FULL feature software?
If not, can you download and install the FULL feature printer software from HP for your operating system:
Once you have downloaded and installed the FULL feature software, you will be able to print and scan.
If you have installed your software and issue persist, can you try this:
Create a TCP IP port
1. Print a Configuration Page to get the printer's IPv4 address (you can also tap on the wireless icon on the Front panel of your Printer to get the IP address)
2. On your PC, go to Control Panel, from Devices and Printers, right click the printer and left click Printer Properties, select the Ports tab.
3. Click Add Port, select Standard TCP/IP Port, then select New Port and follow the wizard.
4. Type in the proper IP address for the printer.
Note that you can ALWAYS revert back to the original port that the HP software installed by selecting the HP port under the Ports tab (in Printer Properties)

I would contact HP Tech Support by phone and they may have some additional resources that may help lead to a solution for this issue.
What you can do, is use the following link to create yourself a case number, then call and it may help speed up the call process:
Step 1. Open link: www.hp.com/contacthp/
Step 2. Enter Product number or select to auto detect
Step 3. Scroll down to "Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options"
Step 4. Scroll down and click on: HP contact options - click on Get phone number
Case number and phone number appear.
Please click the "Accept as Solution", and the "thumbs up" buttons up on my initial reply above so others with similar issues can find the solution easier.

No fax cover page after software reinstall
Previously when sending a fax I was able to set-up and send a fax cover page via the HP solution center.
After having to reinstall the original software due to a multitude of problems trying to install the latest software I no longer have the ability to send a fax cover page, in fact the screen I get to send a fax appears to be a very basic version as it does not give an option to send a cover page like it once had.
Any information as to how I can resolve this would be appreciated. Please don't suggest I update the software as I made the mistake of trying to update to the latest software only to have spend countless hours trying to get it to install and to run. Needless to say I was never able to get it to load properly or to run, so I had to reinstall the software that originally came with the priniter.
