Hi Shlomi,
I guess there is not help for getting the right driver for my combination of HP Deskjet F4480 All-in-one printer and iMac OS 11.2 (Big Sur). Is it that you have stopped supporting that printer? Is it that you just don't have (as it appears) drivers for Apple's Big Sur OS yet?
Please help, as all I can do now is use it as a copier.

software and driver downloads page is not found
I started the HP SMART app on Windows 10 to fix a problem with a printer.
HP Smart app -> Diagnose and Fix (icon near bottom left) -> start button -> Software and Driver Downloads.
The page is not found, "g8t02496a.corp.hpicloud.net." I am not having any other network problems.

Officeet management's software broken
The management software of my HP Photosmart B110a (PN CN245B) doesn't work at all. I have installed it many times, but the result is always the same. When I doubleclick it a window appears with a stupid "f" and "i". Nothing works, the window never change.

Already tried letting Windows Update try to update the driver. That also did not work. The second PC that had formerly worked with the printer now exhibits the same problem and is unable to print. Pattern of behavior is the same. Print job passes through the print queue in normal fashion with no output from printer and no error conditions reported by the printer or Windows. Is this possibly a case of windows "automagically" picking or changing the driver despite all efforts to install the correct driver? In my long IT career I recall instances where the wrong driver file has to be hunted down and manually deleted in order to get Windows to stop using it. Is that perhaps the case here? If so, how can we determine the correct driver file name, and identify the name and location of the "defective or deviant" driver file for removal. Or, other solution? Please help. All efforts are appreciated.

I have the Mac mini with the m1 chip and this worked great for the 6500 a plus printer, and now I am able to scan.
Just like to add that when installing the printer, you can't choose AirPrint, instead choose de OfficeJet 6500, and then even the picture of the printer is different (black instead of the white with no scanning options).

I am having the same issue and my printer is an HP Envy 5660. I am running Windows 10 build 21301.rs_prerelease.210123-1645. It has been doing this for several updates ago. Also, an optional update for HP keyboard shows as completed but then it shows up again in the optional updates after I restart the system as if the update never occurred . Also, both of these issues occur during Windows update. I have checked the Windows Feedback hub and found others that have the same issue but with different brand of printers.

I have exactly the same problem with a brand new HP 7740 and have not managed to resolve this. After 3 hours on HP support (case reference [personal info removed]), I was recommended to swap the printer. New printer arrived today and exactly the same problem. Drivers and printer were uninstalled as per instructions. HP Smart uninstalled and then reinstalled. Problem persists.
I can not under any circumstance mange to print in colour on A3 paper.
Note that when I went to reinstall the printer full-featured drivers from the https://support.hp.com/in-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-officejet-pro-7740-wide-format-all-in-one-printer-series/7682227 as suggested, the default is to install HP Smart and there was no options available to install drivers in isolation. If you could please assist.

HP Photosmart 7760 USB connection issues
I've had my HP Photosmart 7760 printer for ages and while it's old, the printing function still works - I'm able to print test pages from the menu system on the printer.
I can't successfully connect any computers to the printer via USB. Here's what I've tried:
- two different USB cables across the 3 different computers
- Mac OS 10.13.6
- Mac OS 10.15.7
- Windows 10
I found several posts regarding issues with Mac OS that recommended deleting all HP drivers and re-installing. I tried that on both laptops and am still not having any luck in having either laptop detect the printer when it's plugged in via USB. On the Windows laptop, the computer dings when I plug the printer USB cable in but it comes up with an error message that says "The last USB device that you plugged into this computer malfunctioned and Windows does not recognize it." I went through the Windows troubleshooting tool, installed a few updates and rebooted a couple of times but I still get the same error message.
It really seems like the issue is with the printer itself and not drivers on the computers. Does anyone have any other suggestions for fixes here? Is there a cost-effective way to address a hardware issue with the printer or should I just buy a new one?

Laserjet 1320 n anyone have install disk or toolbox?
I just got a 1320n laser jet to use in creating 1200x1200 dpi images for etching. It did not come with a setup disk. I have no way to set toner density (it's very light now) or configure it for wireless. HP toolbox would have helped, but HP discontinued it. The replacement on windows 10 can't find the 1320, though I can print from win 10 to the printer. Obviously deprecated.
I have searched high and low for any HPtoolkit or install disk that will help me configure the printer.
Does anyone have a copy of the install disk? Or the missing HP toolkit? Driving me nuts!
(btw hp moved to an epoxy toner like brother, from the older styrene based one, so no 3 digit model will transfer to PCB's for etching.. )

Print on Legal HP Envy Pro 6455
I've seen several posts on this but haven't found a solution. It seems like you should be able to print legal size somehow, but I can't figure it out after trying several options on existing threads. Is there a way to be able to print legal size on the Envy Pro 6455 even though the paper try doesn't accommodate it?

HP Solution Center for Deskjet F4172 is not working.
I only see a picture with blue text with the letters Fi.
This means that I cannot use the scanner as usual.
I reinstalled the current
driver: "DJ_AIO_NonNet_Full_Win_WW_140_404-4"
I use Windows 10 /64.
Do you have any suggestions for what I can do?
