Thank you for replying to my message, I really appreciate it however I wish to assure you that I have followed the process on 2 occasions and both times the folder 7z....... does not appear in the temp folder.

As explained in my earlier post, I follow the procedure provided however as the folder 7z .... does not appear in the temp folder, I copy and paste the folder OJ4500vG510n-z_Full-13-en to my desktop.  Following this I access and open folder Util, folder CCC and run the uninstall_4, and set up.exe from here.

Interestingly on completion of the steps and setup to re-install the printer, a folder named 7z ..... then appears in the temp folder.

Although I have followed a slightly different process to the one detailed, I am pleased to say, that the printing problems and error messages previously experienced have disappeared, apart from the odd time I experience a string of pop up messages stating that the cartridges require re-aligning.  I resolve this by turning off the printer and turning it back on again after approxinately 30 seconds which clears the fault.  I have no idea why this occurs as it is intermitten issue.

Are you able to advise as to why the 7z ... folder appears on completion of the process rather than at bullet point 8 of step two of the guidance, and whether or not the slightly different procedure I followed makes any difference to the operation of the printer.

Look forward to hearing from you.
