I have a six month old m1217nfw under warranty. Technical Services people have told me that it needs to be replaced--the control panel seems to be dead. I have to wait for someone to call me to get my credit card number for collateral (to be sure I send the old one back), They have to call me. I missed the first call and the man left a message stating that if the printer was still broken I should go to HP.COM end of message. After hours on the phone and chat tonight I am still waiting--just to give them my CC number. Supposedly they will call tomorrow. I cannot contact them directly.
I just had to vent. I am so frustrated I could spit. and there doesn't seem to be anywhere to vent to HP corporate.
