Hell again
You say "I want to link you to a really nice tool called the Microsoft Fix It Solution Center. I want you to actually click this link here to immediately go to the page to fix your driver installation issue."
But this tool doesn't support Windows 8, they tell me.
To cut a long story short:
Is there no way to install the HP Color LaserJet 1600 on a PC with Windows 8 (wireless option) and to avoid the message:
"A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available"
The above message is said to be a HP related message, not a Microsoft one. I cannot get any further.
