Thank you for clarifying for me that it is not just in Office 2013. Hopefully I can bring this to the attention of the right department and I have a sneaking suspicion this has never been reported. I see the same concerns from this forum posted almost ver batum on other forums so I can only assume this affects Windows 8 instead of Microsoft Office but this little error is a bit beyond me since the only fix right now is to select a different version of English. I say that because I am in Internet Explorer right now setting my "Internet Options" to every type of language and, either I'm not making the language selection in the correct place, or it is specific to a type of printer.
I would like to ask of you that if you have any information to help me present this for you, please do post it here. An example of things I would need since I can't recreate it is:
- Screen shots of what you see so the "Chinese" language can be identified.
- Where you are making your language selection to English UK prior to installing Office 2013.
- The name of your printer.
- And if selecting to print to a different printer be it a different brand or model (like XPS document viewer will work), then it will help take out the confusion of where the error lies. I thank you in advance because I am simply unable to provide any examples or I would.
I really hope this is something that is already being resolved and that I can return with that solution. I will let you know as soon as I receive some kind of feedback. They may have questions so I don't foresee this being fixed overnight but you never know. Thank you for your contributions. :)
