My printer stopped printing the Cyan color. I replaced the cartridge with a HP Cyan cartridge, still no luck. Ran a diagnostic and it said to uninstall and reinstall my drivers, which I did. still not printing the cyan. I ran the aligned the print heads from the diagnostic page and the printer and it keeps saying the alignment failed. I've turned the printer off and back on, cleaned the print heads, made sure there's perfectly straight paper in and I'm still not able to get it to print the color or give me an okay alignment message
