Hey,
Most likely the printer is having an electrical power issue within the printer. I would advise performing a hard reset to see if the last known good state can be reached.
- Unplug the printer while "powered on"
- Unplug the other end of the power cord from the direct wall outlet
- Separate the power cord and power module
- Wait 60 seconds
- Plug module and cord back together
- Plug printer back into direct wall outlet for power
Does the unit initialize correctly at this point?
