Hey,

 

Most likely the printer is having an electrical power issue within the printer.  I would advise performing a hard reset to see if the last known good state can be reached.

 

  • Unplug the printer while "powered on"
  • Unplug the other end of the power cord from the direct wall outlet
  • Separate the power cord and power module
  • Wait 60 seconds
  • Plug module and cord back together
  • Plug printer back into direct wall outlet for power

Does the unit initialize correctly at this point?
