Re: application configuration is incorrect

The issue was solved by....downloading the full package install below,

Then downloading this app below...

All-in-One Software Removal Utility

First I ran the full install and at the first window I chose (uninstall) and let that proceed...

Then I ran the  the removal utility and ran the first two commands... you can run up to four commands - but it gets more intrusive with what it removes with each command - so try the first two and see if that does the trick. You can run the others as neccessary. 

Then I ran the full package install again, but this time chose "INSTALL"...remember to have the UBS cable disconnected during this process and you will be prompted when to plug it back in :smileyvery-happy:
