I will try and help with this issue. What steps have you tried ?? Did you do a complete uninstall/reinstall ??
If you have the disk, please explore it and look for the "util" folder. Once you open the util folder, look for the "ccc" folder. scroll down to the bottom of the "ccc" folder and find the Uninstall_L3.bat" file. disconnect your usb (if USB installed) and run the L3.
After the computer restarts, try a clean install and see if that works.
