I will be more than happy to help you get the printer printing again but I would like to ask you a few questions first.
1. What is the operating system of the computer (example: Windows 7 64-bit, Windows Vista 32-bit, Mac OS, etc)?
2. What is the anti-virus software on your computer?
3. Print the Network Configuration page from the Reports section on your printer and tell me what firmware version you have (line 7) and what the printer's current IP address is (roughly line 16 and it says URL:192.168.x.x).
