I will do my best to help you print again but HPA7A245 is the IP address of the printer? That sounds like a direct-connect IP address. If you can still scan you may not want to uninstall the software. Answer a few questions for me please so I can offer the best route to take to install the printer.
1. Can you still scan?
2. Do you see your Officejet listed under the HP folder of "All Programs" when you click on your Windows start button?
3. What is the name/model of your wireless router?
Try the HP Install Wizard and let me know what happens please.
