I anxiously await a successful response. I had success with one of my other threads recently who uninstalled the printer, ran CCleaner (and backed up their files with that program to be safe), ran Disk Cleaner (All Programs>>Accessories>>System Tools>>Disk Cleaner), rebooted the PC, and installed the software for the printer again. That is the easiest way around it.
