Well it looks like I might need those reset instructions after all, unless this is an unrelated issue. The blue screen isn't happening anymore, and I am able to print just fine. However, today I went to make a copy and on the control panel when I touch the "touch for preview" it just shows a black garbled image and I went ahead and tried to do the copy anyway and it just came out the exact same way as it shows in the preview a black garbled image. I tried to flip the paper the other way that I was trying to copy but, still same black garbled image apeparing. I have attached a copy of the image here:
