Thank you in advance for your help. I have been trying to get my officejet 4500 hooked up to my new Dell with Windows 8.1, but the system seems to not identify the printer. I installed the printer driver's online how I learned from another answer, verified that I was installing the correct version (64 bit version) and went ahead and installed. For some reason the computer does not recognize the printer. When I search for the toolbox and click on it, a message pops up saying "Printer not found: error"
Can you please help me?
