I see you are trying to scan with the Deskjet 3050a but you are getting an error Computer Not Found. What is the Operating System you are trying to scan into, Windows or Mac?
Are you able to print from the computer you are trying to scan into? Please take a look into this HP document: A 'Computer Not Found,' 'No Computer Detected,' or 'Connection Error' Message Displays during Scanning, it covers the current Operating Systems this error appears on.
I will keep an eye open for your reply.
