I have exactly the same situation as Beebolini. He has stated the issues clearly and concisely.
I have uninstalled all drivers, disconnected charger/battery and left the printer off for several minutes, restarted my computer several times, reinstalled drivers and run the "doctor" tool which states that the printer is busy.
When I try to reflash the firmware the printer is not detected although i can detect it in the "doctor" asnd also scan from it.
The touchscreen continues howevre to read the Version mismatch message as shown in the photo in the post above.
How can the printer be hard reset or reflashed?
Not good to have a useless touchscreen!
