Welcome to the forums remo_1,
I saw your post about the troubles you are having with installing your Officejet 7610 with a cable connection. I would be happy to help!
I would like to ask you for some more information to get started and also give you some information.
1. Which cable are you wanting to use to install the printer? (Ethernet or USB)?
2. If you are using a USB cable and have a desktop, are you plugging it into the front of your computer tower or back? (Must be plugged in the back of the PC tower).
3. Before you start the installation, it is important to keep the USB cable unplugged until the installation asks you to connect the USB.
4. I would like you to run the HP Print and Scan Doctor and let me know the results (run it once for printing and once for scanning).
5. Try installing the printer by using the HP Printer Install Wizard for Windows.
Hope to hear from you :)
