I have done a little research on this issues and found a couple steps to hopefully fix the no preview issue. The common cause of this issue was something called Protected Mode in IE, I have found this Microsoft document: Unable to print or view the print preview of a webpage in Internet Explorer which has several steps to help.
If the above steps fail to resolve, an uninstall and install of the printer software may be in order. Let me know if the Microsoft steps help or if you have needed to uninstall and install.
