Sorry, I was not aware that a Full Feature Software is only available for a 32-bit operating system, for Windows 7 64-bit OS only a basic drivers are available, that means that only scanning from the operating system software (e.g. Paint or Windows fax and scan) and the options are more limited.. PDF as example is not an available option.
