Hi Sunshyn,
I downloaded the file, which when I unzipped it, began to install HP. I went into Command prompt and tried to find
gr.uninst.exe, but unable to find it. I went to the root directory (e.g. c:\dir gr.uninst.exe /s | more ), but did not find it,
so unable to execute it. Anyway the install failed, since I am still on windows XP, SP3. Any other ideas?
Thanks anyway,
I could just delete all files whioch start with HP... but not sure if they are all HP files.
When I was a systems programmer for IBM (31 years), program names identified their purpose in the system,
e.g. IEC data; IEF job mgt; IEE error handling, IGG buffer mgt, etc. I can find them all and just delete them via command prompt. Just need to know who owns them. HP?
