I am having the same issue - only basic drivers work. In fact the full drivers were successfully installed previously but one of the icons recently stopped working - only basic drivers were working. I had installed version 22.5.0 that shipped with my printer. I VERY STRONGLY dislike the newest verision which opens to occupy a very large amount of real estate on my screen.
I suspect my version 22.5.0 stopped working correctly because of either (a) some windows update or (b) McAfee antivirus or firewall or (c) due to cleaning of registery with McAfee quick clean.
Anyone have any new insights on this issue? Had anyone been able to get version 22.5.0 working again?
