Awhile ago my HP Officejet stopped working on my laptop (Toshiba Satellite C655D-S5202). I have uninstalled HP and all of its components to start over fresh. Lately, I have tried to reinstall Hp, the setup disk isn't loading. I have tried to do everything from the site, driver and software download. They download, but won't install. I keep getting the error msg "detecting an issue with driver software for this device", OR "missing driver for Officejet.....". I have used driver support to scan all drivers and that won't even fix it. I've done Device Manager and Properties. I've checked for Windows Updates and other hidden updates. Please help me!
