Great response, and right answer. Many thanks. Now installed via usb on Win7 laptop, so assume all will be well. Still fails wi-fi install though, despite printer showing ip address ok and installation software spotting the newtwork id and mac addresses. Have tried the troubleshooter. Any thoughts?
