installing printer on w8 computer

Hi

I hope somebody can help me.

I am trying to install a driver to my printer HP photosmart C7280 on my w8 pc, done it many times before.

I have also installed op doctor and it say that the software is not installed, click to get it, it downloads an unpack, and when its done it says, installation not done. try again, same result, with no options to do any thing else.

What to do ?
