Hi rescue2fire,
Are you having a issue installing both the printers?
You can follow these steps for both printers. They don't have the Level 3 uninstall.
I would run the uninstall the printer software from the CD or from the computer. I provided both in case you don't have the CD.
To uninstall from program files:
- Go start and select computer.
- Select the C drive.
- Select program files or program files x86.
- Open the HP and printer name folder.
- Select uninstall.
Uninstall From CD:
- Go start, computer, right click on the CD for the printer, left click open in a new window, double click on uninstall.
Do a msconfig to turn off any startup programs that might be interfering with the installation.
- Click on start, in the search box type in run, enter, then type in msconfig, click OK.
- Click the Services tab.
- Click to select the Hide All Microsoft Services check box.
- Click Disable All, and then click OK.
- Then click on the start up tab at the top.
- Click on disable all.
Reboot the computer.
Temporarily turn off any Antivirus software.
Make sure the wireless wizard was setup on each printer from the printer's control panel so the printer is already on the network.
You can download the newest drivers.
HP Officejet Pro 8600 Premium e-All-in-One - N911n Drivers.
HP LaserJet Pro 200 color Printer M251nw Drivers.
Then run the installation again.
Test the printer.
Then go back into msconfig and enable the All Microsoft Services and enable all on the start up tab.
Turn the Antivirus software back on again.
Please let me know if you need further assistance.
Thank You.
