Working just fine - suddenly prints weird letters/symbols instead of parenthesis, quotation marks, dashes in body of text from windows 7 based desktop computer - - monitor shows correct text and document is saved in correct text - only printing is affected - - and change is from one hour to the next, but seems permanent.
