HP Photosmart B109N wireless all in one will not connect to my new HP Laptop.
The lap top is running windows 8.1. Have tried installing sofware from disk - but laptop wont read it.
Tried downloading the software via HP website - using the wizard and the other method which is on here.
While downloading it comes up with the message"The system cannot find the file specified"
Please help!
